Job Description: Security Self Storage is looking for qualified, EXPERIENCED, ENERGETIC self-storage Property Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Associates, Floaters, and Maintenance Personnel. We are now hiring for locations from Vero Beach to Miami/Doral. Immediate needs in Palm Beach County and Indiana River Counties!

Primary responsibilities:

• Marketing and establishing community relations, showing and renting space while demonstrating knowledge of your product and superior customer service skills, and turning potential customers into renters.
• Handling customer inquiries or problems in timely and courteous manner, answering telephone inquires professionally, consistently demonstrating company sales technique standards and working to turn telephone inquires into rentals.
• Controlling delinquencies through aggressive collection practices in accordance with company standards.
• Entering payments, bank deposits, maintaining records and reports, marketing your property and services to local businesses and residents, opening and closing the office daily.
• Maximizing inventory sales.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Pass a drug screen
• Able to work Saturdays
