Job Title: Site Property Manager
Job Description: Full time manager needed to oversee all aspects of 400 unit storage facility in Cincinnati. Managers will run every facet of day-to-day operations from security to managing daily earnings. Experience not required, but prefered. Compensation includes
- Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, Life Insurance, paid vacation and sick time.
- Quarterly bonus program.
Responsibilities to include:
- Promote/sell products
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage billing and account collection
- Maintain property appearance and cleanliness
Successful candidates will possess:
- Ability to succeed in independent work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- PC literate with Windows based environment.
- Retail sales experience and Storage experience a plus.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Valid Driver’s license.
